Ce week-end au Carlat, nous assistâmes à une étrange cérémonie.
Au premier jour, il y eu le feu...
Au deuxième jour, il y a eu l'eau.
Du robinet, de celle que l'on mélange à la farine, au levain et au
sel.
Au troisième jour, il y a eu la multiplication des pains.
Travailler plus pour manger plus... Forcément, avec l'aide des anges,
le boulot va plus vite.
Entre temps, nous avons vu passer un maire satisfait de l'équipe à
laquelle il avait confié cette mission.
Forcément, les miracles ne sont pas permis à tout le monde, et il vaut
mieux s'adresser au bon dieu qu'à ses saints lorsque l'on a besoin d'accueillir
une manifestation intercommunale.
Avant dernière étape : le façonnage. Du doigté, de l'attention, et surtout
beaucoup de douceur...
Avant l'étape finale, un signe ostentatoire (et rituel ?) est dessiné sur
chaque pièce destinée à séjourner dans l'alcôve chaude.
Il faut être vif, tout va très vite et l'erreur est impossible.
Et enfin l'épreuve du feu, ultime opération qui parachève cette étonnante
histoire...

qui empêcha le photographe d'illustrer ce bon plaisir.
